Local restaurateur Sally Kane, the new Partner and Operating Manager at Agustin Kitchen, and chef Erika Bostick focus on ingredients made and grown in Southern Arizona, including beef, produce, olive oils, breads, flour and cheeses served with local wines, artisan brews and spirits. From the fresh quality of each and every plate to the warmth and welcome of service, Sally is naturally obsessive about details and the creation of an inviting experience.
Agustin Kitchen opens onto the Mercado San Agustin Public Market’s beautiful old-world courtyard, a popular gathering place for locals and travelers alike who want to experience Tucson’s vibrant culture via the Mercado’s restaurants, shops, weekly farmers market, festivals and performances.
Indoor and outdoor dining is available. A private dining and event space will open in early 2016.
